Offers

Qubriux allows you to create and manage ‘offers’ that convert much better than generic discounts. You can leverage its smart AI-enabled personalization feature to maximize your sales while ensuring your profits are optimal!

To get started, click on the Offers under Engage on the left panel. You will see a list of offers along with the following details:

  • Offer name - Unique identifier of the offer
  • Channel - Channel of communication used to reach out to customers for this offer
  • Segments Targeted - The names of targeted segments
  • Status of the offer - An offer can be in Sent, Scheduled, or Draft status.
  • Actions – Three vertical dots at the end of the offer block through which you can edit and clone an offer.

Qubriux gives you pre-set offers that can be used for reaching out to your customers instantly. Alternatively, you can create your own offers by clicking on the ‘Create New Offer’ button on the top right.

Once you click on Create New Offer button you land on the offer creation page.

On the right-hand side, you can create different types of offers Percentage off, Amount Off, Free Shipping, and Buy X Get Y, and as you keep changing and creating the offer on the left-hand side you can see the summary of the offer that you are creating. This allows you to see what you are offering and if you want to change something then you can change it and that will reflect in the summary.

You can also create your own Coupon code which your customers can use to avail the offer. This is an optional thing and if you do not enter any coupon code then we will generate a random code for this offer.

Offers Home Page

Offers home page lists down the offers that are present in the system. They can be pre-set offers (provided by Qubriux for quick use) and your own created. You can search for any offer by using the Search Bar on the top. To navigate through the offers, you can filter the list by applying the desired filter.

You can filter by:

  • Channel
  • Status

You can also sort the offer list based on their names in alphabetical order

Status of an offer

  • Draft: An offer is in Draft status when it is being configured and hasn’t been sent or scheduled
  • Schedule: An offer is in Scheduled status when it has been configured and chosen to be sent on a particular day. You can see the date on which it will be sent just alongside the status
  • Sent: An offer is in Sent status when it has been configured and sent. It could either be sent instantly or those in Scheduled can move to send based on the configured day

How to create an Offer?

You can create an offer by clicking on the ‘Create New Offer’ button. You will be taken to the create offer page

Here you will see:

  • Save and Exit: If you wish to save the progress and exit. The offer will be saved as a draft
  • Save and Schedule button: If you wish to save and schedule it for the customer
  • A cross if you don't wish to save the progress and exit from the screen
  • Offer configuration on the left
  • Offer summary on the right

Types of Offers You Can Create using Qubriux

You can create different types of Offers using Qubriux.

  • Percentage Off - For example get 10% off on your purchase. You can set it up so that it has no minimum requirement or you can set up it to have a minimum purchase amount to use this offer or a minimum quantity of items to use this offer.

  • Amount Off - For example get $100 off on your purchase. You can set it up so that it has no minimum requirement or you can set up it to have a minimum purchase amount to use this offer or a minimum quantity of items to use this offer.

  • Free Shipping - For example Free shipping on your purchase. You can set it up so that it has no minimum requirement or you can set up it to have a minimum purchase amount to use this offer or a minimum quantity of items to use this offer.

  • Buy X Get Y - For example Buy 1 shirt and Get 2 jeans at 10% off or Buy 1 shirt and get pair of jeans for free.

Creating a percentage off offers

After you have selected the discount type as Percentage, you can input the value for example 10% or 20%.

After this, you can select as to on which products is this discount applicable to - all products, some specific collections, or some specific products.

If you select some specific collection

 you can select the collections either by searching with their name or by clicking on browse. Both actions open a popup where you can see the results

There is an AI assistance toggle button also available as shown in the picture below.

Once you switch on the AI assistance you can select the difficulty level for the as Low, Medium, or High. Based on the customer's purchase history and difficulty level set by you our smart engine will suggest a collection to each and every user in the target segment. As this is a personalized offer the discount code will be different for every customer so we have disabled the Discount Code option and also the total usage for the discount code has been removed. You can choose to allow the customer to use the discount code once or they can use it as many times as they want before it expires.
 

Similarly, you can select the “specific product” option. The same as the specific collection here also you can either select the products or use the AI assistance button.

After that you can set a minimum requirement that your customer will have to complete in order to avail the offer, here you can set the minimum requirement as none or a minimum purchase amount for example $100 worth of purchase or a minimum quantity of products for example purchase 2 products and then get 10% on your purchase.

Once you are done with these things then you can set the usage limit of the offer. You can set a total usage limit for the offer, for example, you can set that this offer can be used a total of 100 times by your customers. You can also set this offer to be availed only once by each customer.

Lastly, you can set the validity for the offer, for example long do you want this offer to be availed by your customers.

Creating an amount off offers

 After you have selected the discount type as Amount, you can input the value for example $100 or $500.

Creating free shipping offers

After you have selected the discount type as Free Shipping, then you can set a minimum requirement that your customer will have to complete in order to avail the offer, here you can set the minimum requirement as none or a minimum purchase amount for example $100 worth of purchase or a minimum quantity of products for example purchase 2 products and then get free shipping on your purchase.

Once you are done with these things then you can set the usage limit of the offer. You can set a total usage limit for the offer, for example, you can set that this offer can be used a total of 100 times by your customers. You can also set this offer to be availed only once by each customer.

Lastly, you can set the validity for the offer, for example long do you want this offer to be availed by your customers.

Creating a Buy X Get Y offers

 After you have selected the discount type as Buy X Get Y, then you can set a minimum quantity of items the customer will have to purchase to avail of this offer. Let us say you input the value as 3, now you can select as to which specific collections or products this offer is applicable for. Here also you can see the AI assistance toggle button. Once you toggle it on then you can set the difficulty level the same as Percentage off or Amount off type.

After this, you can input what the customer will get. You can input the quantity the customer will get and to which specific collection or product this applies. Here also you can toggle on the AI assistance button.

After setting up what customer purchases and what customer gets, you can set up at what discount value will the customer get the product. It can either be a percentage off or it can be free also.

Once you are done with these things then you can set the usage limit of the offer. You can set a total usage limit for the offer, for example, you can set that this offer can be used a total of 100 times by your customers. You can also set this offer to be availed only once by each customer.

Lastly, you can set the validity for the offer, for example long do you want this offer to be availed by your customers.

How to Schedule an Offer?

Clicking on Save and Schedule will take you to the Scheduling screen where you will need to select the channel of communication and choose relevant templates.

  • Channels:
    • Email - Customers will receive an email for this offer. You can choose from the pre-created templates or create a new one.
    • SMS - Customers will receive SMS for this offer. SMS templates are fixed and you can preview them before sending them

After you have chosen the channel and templates, choose the target segments. You can choose multiple segments.

If you wish to send the offer now, choose dispatch type as Instant

You can schedule it at any particular time also. Choose the dispatch type as Scheduled and pick a date and time

How to edit an Offer?

You can edit an offer in Draft status by clicking on the three vertical dots menu. You can alter the offer configuration, channel, and templates as per your requirement.

You can’t edit the configuration of an offer in scheduled status and change the scheduling too. To do so, click on the Reschedule Option.

You can’t edit an offer that is in the Sent status. Offers that are in Draft or Scheduled Status can only be edited.

How to Clone an Offer?

You can clone any offer by using the three vertical dots clicking on the clone button. Clone allows you to quickly create a copy and then re-use it.

How to Add an offer to Campaign Strategy

You can use these offers and add them to your marketing workflows. To do so, create the offer and choose Save and Exit while saving the offer. Once the offer is saved with channel details and templates attached, you will be able to use it during campaign workflow creation.
