Analyze

You just can’t only send email communication via Campaigns, Offers, and Surveys but with Qubriux, you can track their performance and impact of each of your email. ‘Analyze Screen’, will help you learn more about what specific metrics are associated with your customers' interactions with your emails.

Analyze screen can be accessed from the left-hand Panel.

The screen is divided into 3 components:

  • Date range and filter
  • Metrics and data
  • Graphical representation of metrics data

Analyze screen gives you cumulative data of all the emails sent via Campaigns, Offers, and Surveys. For individual campaign analytics, you can visit the Campaign Home page where in the Campaign List screen you would find the analytics for individual campaigns.

For a summary, you can click on All emails to get an overall understanding. To drill down, you can click on Campaign Emails, Survey Emails, and Offers emails

Analytics Glossary:

  • Emails sent - Describes the total number of emails sent
  • Delivery Rate - Describes the percentage of emails delivered out of total emails sent
  • Open Rate - Describes the percentage of emails opened out of the total emails delivered
  • Click Rate - Describes the percentage of CTA (Call to Action) button clicked out of the total emails opened
  • New Orders – Presents the total number of new orders that came through email communications
  • Revenue Generated – Informs about the revenue (in your local currency) that came through orders placed due to the communications sent via Qubriux
  • Unsubscribed Rate - Describes the percentage of email unsubscribed out of the total emails delivered
  • Visitors - Describes the number of people who landed on your store’s website.
  • Total Survey Response - Describes the number of people who have filled the survey. One person can fill a survey only once.
  • Cart Additions - Describes the number of people who have added products to their cart. For ex. if Cart additions are 10, it means 10 customers have added products to their carts

This is how you use the Analyze option on Qubriux to get insights into your campaigns, offers and surveys. Quite easy to do, isn’t it?
