Acquire is the page where you can create pop-up forms and keep a track of the prospects that use the form to share their information.

The Acquire page is divided into two sections:

  • Forms - Where you can view your created forms and create new forms too

  • Prospect - Keep a track of people who share the information via the forms you created

Once you create a form you can see them on the forms page where you can see the forms and the details for the forms.

In the forms list, you can see the:

  • Form Name
  • Target - to the form is targeted for examples
  • Last activated on
  • Status - draft, schedule, active

The form on the top is selected by default and on the right-hand side, you can see total views for the form and submissions and the email address captured.

On the top right corner is the create new form button. Once you click on it you can see the preset templates of forms provided by Qubriux or you can create from scratch using create from the scratch button.

After you click on the “create from scratch” button you will land on the form creation page

You can give the form name here and choose the layout for the form. We have provided four layouts for the form:

  • The image on the left
  • The image on the right
  • Background Image
  • Simple - simple layout without any image

Once you’re done with this you can click on the edit content button and you can edit the image and content you see on the form.

Here we can see two tabs content and schedule. We are right now on the content screen.

  • On the content screen starting from the top you can define the box position; i.e; you can choose where you want your pop-up form to appear on your website
  • You can change the image for the form and upload any image you want. The maximum filesize for upload is 2 Mb
  • You can choose whether the pop-up form should have a close button or not
  • You can put the heading for your form
  • You can put the subheading for your form
  • You can put the placeholder text for the input field
  • You can put the text for the button
  • You can select what happens when you click on the submit button. You can either select show a success message or you can choose to take him to URL in which case you will have to input the URL you want him to land on after he clicks the submit button
  • You can enter the success message to be shown on the successful submission of the form
  • You can put the error messages - error when the form field is left empty, error when the email is incorrect, and general error message in case there is some error that is not in your or our control

You can also style the heading, subheading, and button according to your need and choice with the paintbrush icon you can see on the right-hand side of each of these options. Once you click on the paintbrush icon a small popup opens up where you can design the color, font size, font decoration, and font family.

Once you are done with the content and style you can click on continue and you will land on the schedule screen.

Here you can configure to whom, when, on which device, where, and how many times this form will be shown.

  • Show to - here you can select to whom you want this form to be shown. There are 3 options All Visitors, New Visitors which means gues users who are not logged in, and Segments. In segments, you can select multiple segments
  • Send email on successful submission. If you check this option then an email will be sent to the users upon the successful submission of the form
  • Show when - here you can select when this form should be shown to the customer. There are 3 options:
    • Immediately on the website - if you choose this then as soon as the selected user lands on your website they will see the pop-up form
    • After few seconds of activity - you can define the value for this and after, let's say you set the value 10 seconds, 10 seconds the user will be shown the pop-up form
    • After some percentage scrolling on the website - you can define the value for this and after let's say you set the value 10%, the user scrolls 10% of the website they will be shown the pop-up form
  • Device visibility - here you can select on what device you want this form to be shown. You can select from the below option
    • Desktop
    • Mobile, or
    • Both
  • Show on - here you can show on what pages of your website you want this pop-up form to be shown
    • All URLs it will be shown on all pages of the website, or
    • Specific URLs, you can select multiple pages of your website
  • Limits - this allows you to control if your form will be shown or can be shown again to the user. You can select from the below option

    • Show only once, or
Show after a few days if the user has clicked on the cross button. You can set the value for the days after which the user can again see the form

Once you are done with this you can either save and exit or enable the form. If you save and exit the form will be in the draft phase and you can come back to edit and enable it. If you enable the form it becomes active.

You can edit, clone, or delete a form that is in draft status but you can delete a from that is active.

Prospect List

Forms is an acquisition tool that will allow you to acquire new customers. So people who share their information via these forms can be seen in the prospect list.

You can see the email address, via which form this email address was collected, and on what date and time. On the top right corner, you will see an email icon. You can choose to send emails to these prospects.
